Options Snipers Premium Elite

Welcome to Options Snipers Premium Elite. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your application, enrollment, and participation in the Options Snipers Premium Elite program, offered by Options Snipers University and operated by Options Snipers LLC. By applying for or enrolling in this program, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
Account refers to a unique account created for You to access the program or parts of the program.
Country refers to the United States.
Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Options Snipers University, operated by Options Snipers LLC.
Device means any device that can access the Service, such as a computer, cellphone, or digital tablet.
Feedback means feedback, innovations, or suggestions sent by You regarding the attributes, performance, or features of our program.
Program refers to Options Snipers Premium Elite, including all tiers of membership, coaching sessions, community access, and materials provided as part of enrollment.
Service refers to the website, community platforms, coaching sessions, training vault, and any content or services provided as part of Options Snipers Premium Elite.
Tier 1 refers to the Group Mentorship program, available at the published enrollment price.
Tier 2 refers to the One-on-One Coaching program, available at the published enrollment price and subject to additional terms discussed at the time of enrollment.
Website refers to Options Snipers University, accessible from www.optionssnipersuniversity.com and www.wasiakin.com.
You means the individual applying for or enrolled in Options Snipers Premium Elite.
2. Acknowledgement
These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in Options Snipers Premium Elite and form the entire agreement between You and the Company. By submitting an application or completing your enrollment payment, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You do not agree with any part of these Terms, You may not enroll in the program.
You represent that you are over the age of 18. We do not permit individuals under 18 to enroll in this program.
Your participation is also subject to the Privacy Policy of the Company. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your personal information.
3. Educational Disclaimer
Options Snipers Premium Elite is an educational mentorship program designed to teach options trading skills and strategies. Nothing contained in this program constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other type of professional financial guidance.
Options trading involves significant risk of loss and is not appropriate for every investor. Past performance of any trading system or methodology is not necessarily indicative of future results. You should never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
Results shared by current or former members of Options Snipers Premium Elite are individual experiences and are not typical. Your results will vary depending on a variety of factors including but not limited to your level of commitment, consistency, market conditions, and starting capital.
4. Application and Enrollment
Enrollment in Options Snipers Premium Elite is subject to an application process. Submission of an application does not guarantee enrollment. Options Snipers University reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its sole discretion.
Upon acceptance, enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of your deposit or full payment as outlined during the application process. Your spot in the program is not secured until payment has been received and confirmed by our team.
By completing your enrollment, You warrant that You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that the information provided in your application is accurate and complete.
5. Program Access
Upon confirmed enrollment, You will receive access to the program inclusions applicable to your tier as outlined at the time of enrollment. This may include but is not limited to:

TIER 2
One-on-One Coaching:

Private One-on-One Coaching Sessions with Wasi Akin
Custom Trading Plan
Direct Access to Wasi Throughout the Engagement
Priority Access to All Live Events and Masterminds
Exclusive In-Person Mastermind Event
Performance Guarantee subject to the terms outlined in Section 7
Access to program materials and community platforms is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials or access with any third party.
6. Payment and Pricing
Enrollment in Options Snipers Premium Elite requires payment as outlined during the application and enrollment process. All payments are subject to the following conditions:
Tier 1 enrollment is priced at the published rate at the time of enrollment.
Tier 2 enrollment requires a separate $50,000 trading account in addition to the program enrollment fee.
Payment plans, where offered, are subject to the specific terms discussed at the time of enrollment.
All payments are processed through our designated payment processors. Options Snipers University is not liable for transaction delays or failures caused by your financial institution.
We reserve the right to revise program pricing at any time prior to confirming your enrollment.
7. Performance Guarantee — Tier 2 Only
Tier 2 One-on-One Coaching members are eligible for a performance guarantee subject to the following conditions:
You maintain and trade a separate $50,000 trading account throughout the duration of the coaching engagement.
You attend all scheduled one-on-one coaching sessions and actively implement the strategies and guidance provided.
You follow the custom trading plan developed in collaboration with Wasi Akin.
The performance guarantee provides for a 2x return on your trading account within two years of your enrollment start date.
If the 2x return is not achieved within the stated timeframe and all conditions have been met, a full refund of your program enrollment fee will be issued.
The performance guarantee applies to the program enrollment fee only and does not cover any trading losses incurred during your participation. Options Snipers University is not responsible for trading decisions made outside of the guidance provided during your coaching engagement.
Full details of the performance guarantee will be outlined in a separate agreement provided at the time of Tier 2 enrollment.
8. Refund Policy
All sales for Options Snipers Premium Elite are final unless otherwise stated at the time of enrollment.
Tier 1 Group Mentorship enrollment fees are non-refundable.
Tier 2 One-on-One Coaching enrollment fees are subject to the performance guarantee outlined in Section 7. Outside of the performance guarantee, all Tier 2 enrollment fees are non-refundable.
Deposits paid to secure your spot in the program are non-refundable regardless of tier.
9. Program Duration and Renewal
Tier 1 Group Mentorship enrollment provides access to the program for a period of six months from the confirmed enrollment date. Renewal is available at the published renewal rate at the time of your renewal date.
Tier 2 One-on-One Coaching engagement terms will be outlined at the time of enrollment.
Options Snipers University reserves the right to modify program content, session schedules, and delivery methods as necessary to maintain the quality and relevance of the program.
10. Code of Conduct
By enrolling in Options Snipers Premium Elite, You agree to engage respectfully with all members of the community, including fellow students, coaches, and staff. The following conduct will not be tolerated:
Harassment, discrimination, or disrespectful behavior toward any member of the community
Sharing, distributing, or reproducing any program content outside of the program without written permission
Using program materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Options Snipers University
Providing false or misleading information during the application or enrollment process
Options Snipers University reserves the right to remove any member from the program and its associated community platforms for conduct deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or in violation of these Terms, without refund.
11. Intellectual Property
All content provided as part of Options Snipers Premium Elite, including but not limited to live session recordings, training vault materials, course content, trading frameworks, and written materials, is the intellectual property of Options Snipers University or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or sharing of any program content is strictly prohibited.
12. Testimonials and Results
By enrolling in Options Snipers Premium Elite, You grant Options Snipers University permission to use any testimonials, trading results, written feedback, or other content You share during your enrollment, in whole or in part, for marketing and promotional purposes across any medium, including but not limited to social media, websites, email communications, and advertisements. Your name and likeness may be included unless You explicitly request otherwise in writing.
13. Feedback
You assign to Options Snipers University all rights, title, and interest in any Feedback You provide regarding the program. If such an assignment is ineffective, You grant Us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute the Feedback.
14. Links to Other Websites
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites and platforms. We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content or policies. Use of such third-party websites is at your own risk.
15. Termination
Options Snipers University may terminate or suspend your access to the program immediately, without prior notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason deemed appropriate at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to access the program and its associated community platforms will cease immediately. No refund will be issued in the event of termination due to violation of these Terms.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Options Snipers University, Options Snipers LLC, and its representatives shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in the program, including but not limited to any trading losses incurred as a result of information or guidance provided during the program.
In no event shall our liability exceed the amount you have paid to the Company for your enrollment.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from your participation in Options Snipers Premium Elite will be resolved in the applicable courts of jurisdiction.
18. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice. By continuing to participate in the program after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the new terms.
