Refund Policy

5 Figure Trading Challenge

1. Overview

The 5 Figure Trading Challenge ("we," "us," or "our") is a live educational trading program offered by Options Snipers University, operated by Options Snipers LLC. By registering for this event, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.

This Policy explains the refund conditions for each ticket type. All participants are encouraged to read this information carefully before completing their purchase.

2. General Refund Policy

All standard tickets for the 5 Figure Trading Challenge are non-refundable. Registrants receive immediate access to event information and digital resources upon purchase, which makes all sales final.

Only VIP ticket holders may qualify for a conditional refund as detailed below.

3. Ticket Types and Eligibility

3.1 General Admission Ticket — $97

General Admission tickets are non-refundable. This includes circumstances such as scheduling conflicts, personal availability changes, technical difficulties, or inability to attend the live sessions.

Upon purchase, General Admission ticket holders receive immediate access to event details and any applicable resources. Access to these materials is included in the ticket price and is not grounds for a refund.

3.2 VIP Ticket — $297

VIP ticket holders may be eligible for a conditional refund if all of the following requirements are met:

You attend all five days of the Challenge in full, from start to finish.
You actively participate in any exercises or activities assigned during each session.
You complete the entire five day program before submitting your refund request.
You submit your refund request within 48 hours of the final session on Day 5.
Your request is submitted in writing to [email protected] with your full name, registered email address, and order details.
Attendance and participation are verified and confirmed by the Options Snipers University support team.

If all conditions are satisfied, a full refund of the VIP ticket purchase price will be issued within 10 business days to the original payment method.

Please note that VIP ticket holders receive additional benefits and resources that may be delivered immediately or during the live event, including but not limited to the exclusive VIP Kickoff Call with Wasi Akin, custom Zoom backgrounds, printable challenge worksheets, and private WhatsApp group access. Access to these materials prior to or during the challenge does not qualify as grounds for a refund outside of the conditions stated above.

4. Upgrade Purchases

Participants who initially purchase a General Admission ticket and subsequently upgrade to a VIP ticket are subject to the same VIP refund conditions outlined in Section 3.2. The refund, if approved, will cover the full VIP ticket amount paid, including the upgrade fee.

5. Transfer Policy

Tickets may not be transferred, reassigned, or credited to a future challenge event unless approved in writing by the Options Snipers University team. Approval is granted at our sole discretion.

6. Event Access and Delivery

Some portions of the Challenge, including preparatory resources or bonus materials, may be delivered immediately upon purchase. Access to these materials is included in the ticket price and is not grounds for a refund outside of the conditions stated above.

Replay access, where applicable, is available exclusively to VIP ticket holders and is subject to the replay availability window communicated at the time of the event.

7. No Show Policy

Participants who fail to attend any session of the 5 Figure Trading Challenge, regardless of ticket tier, forfeit any applicable refund eligibility. No exceptions will be made for missed sessions due to scheduling conflicts, personal emergencies, or technical difficulties on the participant's end.

8. Event Changes or Cancellations

Options Snipers University reserves the right to adjust the event schedule, session topics, speakers, or content if necessary. In the rare event that the Challenge is canceled by Options Snipers University, participants will receive communication outlining next steps, including rescheduling options or alternative access arrangements.

In the event of a full cancellation initiated by Options Snipers University, all ticket holders will be eligible for a full refund regardless of ticket tier.

9. Educational Disclaimer

The 5 Figure Trading Challenge is an educational program designed to teach options trading skills and strategies. Nothing contained in this program constitutes financial advice or a guarantee of trading results. Options trading involves significant risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Individual results will vary.
